Kerri, is my yoga friend who knows injurys well.
I have had shoulder issues for as long as I can remember the massage was intense but I could finally move my arm around in ways I couldn't for a while

I highly recommend The Body Mechanist & seeing Nichole for scar tissue work. I sought out scar tissue treatment for my c-section scar & after just one session I noticed improvement in mobility and decreased tightness, I was literally walking taller!

Nichole is professional, compassionate about her work, and has extensive knowledge of the body and a variety of techniques. She also takes time to share her knowledge to empower her clients & support their healing. The space itself is comfortable and inviting adding to the positive experience. There is no one in the area that compares!
