Hi, this is Linda from Radiance Salon. I would like to respond to the defamatory review posted by “Bella M.” This individual is not in our client database and has never been to our salon. Additionally, I was out of work due to a medical procedure during the time period she referenced, and I did not begin working at Radiance Salon until March 2026.

The claims regarding her daughter’s appointment are completely false. Based on the circumstances, I believe this review may have been posted maliciously by someone associated with a former coworker.

Kristen has cut my hair for at least 20 years and I’d never trust anyone else. She works magic with the ton of hair on my head and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I’ve also had highlights and she blended it perfectly and transitioned me back to natural, flawlessly. The absolute best.
