I started practicing yoga at The Clearing on September 20th, 2017. Natanya and the yoga instructors there have made such an impact and change in my life, that I decided to start yoga teacher training, again, at The Clearing, with Natanya, so that I may share the joy and benefits of yoga. I am currently taking the course and I feel so lucky and blessed to be going through this journey with Natanya! It’s simply a Gift! An exploration of self, yoga philosophy, sangha/community, joy, while she is guiding us as we build up our ability to teach and share with others. Recently, I took Breathwork class, guided by Natanya, and I’m not sure I have words to describe this powerful experience! “Emotional hygiene” as she called it, it absolutely is! An intense release of spiritual, emotional and physical magnitude! I am looking forward to more. Give yourself the gift of yoga and Breathwork. It will do wonders in your life if you allow it. The people that work here have a beautiful comradery. I have only been tattooed by Zee, but I've seen the amazing work that comes out of this shop. The cover up Zee out together for me has been an awesome journey and it's helped me heal in a way that I didn't know I was affected by. I sort of gave her the reigns on what she might think would be best to cover what I had and she's done such a great job so far. Amazing people work here, I would highly recommend it.
Excellent gym and great for a drop in while on vacation! Very well equipped for barbell work. Great selection of dumbbells. Even a decent chest supported row machine. Lots of ellipticals and other conditioning machines. ?

I think Sheila is AMAZING. Unlike other myofascial release therapy I have had, this approach is very gentle. What’s surprising is how such a gentle touch can be so effective. I also like the holistic perspective. My problem knee was addressed directly, and yet also with attention to my pelvis, IB band, quads, lower back, neck and feet - all things that played into my pain. My knee is significantly better, and the time on her massage table peaceful and successful. Thanks, Sheila!

I was referred here when we moved back to MA 3 years , We returned with our blue nose Gertie girl. her name sake Gertrude Stein They are truly one of the most compassionate thorough vets that I have ever been to with one of my animals. Not just Dr Herbst and Dr Duffy , also the majority of their staff is equally knowledgeable and caring. They always go the extra mile rearranging schedules for emergencies . I cannot say enough positive things about them. I would recommend this team to anyone That has a pet as a family member. Thank you all for loving animals and loving what you do it shows!
I recently had to visit that hospital with hazel my kitty cat I left a very positive post about that visit. This one pertains to the level of Excellence in dealing with an issue I had with a bill they were extremely attentive and took care of the problem and welcomed the feedback on how to avoid that in the future. Out of a five star rating I'd have to give it a six.
Dr Fisher is amazing at his craft. He is knowledgable, patient and kind. He’s NEVER pushy like some chiropractic office can be. He lets you and your body decide when to see him again. Kudos to you Dr Fisher and your staff.
