“I got a pedicure on Saturday, which I do often, my polish, I always get french tip, wasn't quite dry enough resulting in my toes being messed up by the time I got home. I called and let them know, they apologized and I told them I'd be back to get them fixed. I went back today and the lovely lady, I believe she's the owner, went above and beyond to make it right. She pretty much redid the entire pedicure. My toes look beautiful. Thank you for valuing me as a customer and making the situation more than right...“
