I don’t think I have ever talked to someone as rude as Betty from reception. You should really train your employees to be nicer on the phone. I would give negative stars if I could.

You know when you get a new insurance company and a new hospital situation, you trust that they're going to take care of you and your needs! When they break that trust and break their word they don't understand as a writer as one of their patients and you treat me like this my readers are going to know! During a botched surgery they almost wrecked one of my vocal cords! I'm a singer a writer of speaker etcetera if I don't have my voice I can't project! They never apologized for this and they didn't even approach me that they had even did this they wanted to sweep it under the rug! Well I would tell Tufts medical center you can't sleep under the rug what a writer writes!...read full review

If you value your eyesight, do not go to this place because of the neglect, I lost vision in one eye and we'll be blind in one eye for the rest of my life because of the failure in poor habits in practice
