This salon is absolutely amazing! The staff is wonderful, friendly and so caring. Marilda, co-owner is a phenomenal stylist. In all my years of going to high end salons in Boston, New York and Europe I have never had a hairstylist with better color expertise than Marilda. She is incredibly skilled and experienced. She gets it right each time and the result is always perfect. You can also get great mani/pedis as well as some of the best waxing. The combination of the warm and friendly atmosphere as well as the truly gifted stylists is what keeps me coming back to this salon. What a find!

This salon is an absolute gem! The staff is super friendly and courteous. The co-owner Marilda is a true artist. Over the years I have been a client of salons in NYC, Newbury Street and Brookline but I have never had a stylist who is such a skilled color expert. Amazing! You can show her a photo or describe what you want and she will make it happen. Besides great color and haircuts I have also had a beautiful up-do done here for a wedding. The salon offers great waxing and mani/pedis as well. I just can't say enough about the fantastic service of this salon. Novo Visual is one of my favorite places to go. I've been visiting it for more than 10 years. For me it now has a very familiar feeling and the people that works there are super friendly. Which is what makes it so special to me. As far as the "product" goes, I always get what I expect, simply the best.
