AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.Shadiest business on the block financially.Initially had a $700 credit. My insurance changed (I updated it in the system AND I told them it changed and gave them the card when arriving for my appt). It wasn’t until after my appt that they proceeded to tell me my new insurance wasn’t accepted and they would be taking $400 out of my $700 credit.Years later, I still have not been able to get even my remaining $300 refunded.Very unprofessional as well. Excellent and thorough dental care. However, very long hold times on the phone every time I have called, including today, 27+ minutes on hold, I had called to give MGH Dental my new dental insurance details, but I couldn't wait on hold any longer. There is a recorded message about longer wait times to speak with a representative due to "the national labor shortage", I have heard that recorded message every time I have called over the last 18 months. Absolutely horrible experience with this dental group. I used to go here years ago, and had nothing but great things to say. I moved back to the area and have had nothing but headache after headache trying to get something scheduled. Twice now I have been cancelled on after waiting 8 months to get an appointment for a simple cleaning. They cancel on you 3 days in advance of your appointment with no help to find alternatives, so they make you wait an additional 8 months. The scheduling situation at this place is an absolute mess, dont waste your time, you'll never actually see a dentist.
