“This 5-star review is both for Hamasat (Dr. Geddaf Dam), who is not only a top expert in her field but also incredibly sweet, and for my hygienist Lauren Montana. I'll talk about Lauren mainly because I don't think hygienists generally get the appreciation they deserve for their skills. Lauren has been cleaning my teeth for over 11 years, since even before Hamasat bought the practice. What makes Lauren great is not just that she is gentle and does a great job with cleanings, but takes her job as an educator seriously. My home care of my teeth has improved tremendously under her guidance and even though I needed several fillings in my 20s, I haven't had any new cavities since going to this team except for replacing an old filling that was wearing out. She also is so warm and lovely and I'm always glad to see her.When I did need more restorative work I was so glad to be in Hamasat's care. She trained in Switzerland and has credentials to be taken seriously. She is thoughtful about the materials she uses--only the best. She has a 'conservative' approach to teeth, in the sense of always trying to conserve as much of the tooth as possible while keeping it healthy. I feel very lucky to have found this practice, and even kept going there for 6 years after I moved over an hour away to Rhode Island because I didn't think I'd be able to find someone as good. Now I've moved to Australia but maybe I'll keep going there when I'm back in the country!“

“I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Stein. He was able to fit me in to his busy schedule on extremely short notice and the office staff were more than accommodating. His work speaks for itself and the amount of compliments I’ve received from even other dentists has been a testament to his work. If you’re in the Boston area I don’t think there’s a better option for cosmetic dentistry!“

“I usually hate the dentist and stayed far far away from them for YEARS unless it was an absolute emergency. I always kept relatively good care of my teeth so didn’t feel the need go. The dentist just always gave me anxiety. Finally I decided to go and get some work done with Dr. Bhargava, she and her team is phenomenal! She makes you feel that she cares just as much as your teeth as she does about her own. The best part is that she’s a perfectionist, and that’s literally who you want someone to be when they’re working on any part of your body. Glad to have finally found a dentist!The only feedback I have is about the Charles River location. The parking fee is absolutely outrageous ($50 even with validation), so there should be some sort of rebate on the bill because if you have multiple appointments for a single procedure (like I did), that’s $150 down the drain. Not practical for those that must drive a car to their appointments.“

She genuinely cares about people and will check and see what your insurance covers. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re being too much or try to rush you off the phone. “I can’t recommend Folan Dental enough—cleanings and thorough and I’ve never experienced any discomfort. I’ve had my cleanings done with a few of the hygienists here since becoming a patient and all have provided excellent patient care. Waiting area and exam rooms are cozy and clean, and they decorate year round according to seasons and holidays, which is a nice touch especially for those who may find themselves anxious at the dentist. Staff is always friendly, and Dr. Folan and Dr. Riordan are great!“

“I’m fortunate to be a patient of Dr Jonathan Millen’s, his colleagues and his staff. The care is fabulous all around. His warmth, professional excellence, honesty, and efficiency is why he remains my dentist for 3 decades. When I have an urgent need for care, every effort is made to fit me in.The practice is located on Newbury Street which often makes parking challenging. I’m willing to deal with it given how happy I am with the practice.“

“Dr. Pareek, her associates and staff have been nothing but amazing to me. I needed a lot of work and I was nervous because I honestly don’t like going to the dentist but from the front desk staff to the dental assistant all the way up to the doctor everyone has ALWAYS been more than professional. The front desk staff will engage you in conservation, if you have any questions they will always go above and beyond to help you with whatever request and the Dr never leaves me feeling confused or unsure she always makes sure I understand what I am having done, why I need it etc. You are doing yourself a serious disservice if you don’t go to see Dr Pareek!!!!“
