I have been going to MyEyeDr. with my daughter for the past three years. I like this clinic because is very close to my home, and the doctors are great. However, after the appointment, we are direct to the eyeglass sales section to receive our prescription. The issue is that they strongly push the glasses available there, and when you say you just want the prescription without purchasing from them, they become rude and visibly upset. During, my last visit, the attendant handed me my prescription but was clearly unhappy about it. The same thing happened to my daughter, and she felt really embarrassed. Honestly, this whole process is very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
