OCB Cambridge Eye Center is conveniently located in West Cambridge, near the Mt. Auburn Star Market, with free parking available. Patients appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, including Dr. Rao and Dr. Hsu, who are noted for their expertise in eye care. Many have received prompt appointments, even on short notice, and found the experience positive despite the busy schedule. The center is also accessible via public transit and is close to a popular bakery, making visits less stressful than going downtown Boston. Overall, OCB Cambridge Eye Center is highly recommended for those in need of eye care services.
Opthalmic Consultants of Boston/Cambridge office: easy to get to; good parking; nice building; welcoming offices and clinical rooms. Very friendly staff all around; including surgeon. Amazing bird photos as decor on all the walls. The photographer was a dentist! I trust OCB (Boston office as well), although Cambridge is a bit more chill than the Boston location (fewer patients for one thing). I recommend OCB Cambridge highly. The staff answered all the questions I had about how several of the eye testing machines work; I like that.
I am a patient of Dr Hsu. My experience with him has been excellent. From general eye care to cataract surgery, he has been a model of the kind of care that medical professionals should strive for. I couldn't be happier.
This OCB center is located in a convenient part of West Cambridge near the Mt. Auburn Star Market. It has free parking in the back and a nice entrance there. I saw Dr. Rao first, who determined that my various eye problems could be treated best by Dr. Hsu. Both doctors were friendly and professional and I have further appointments with Dr. Hsu, who was very outgoing and obviously an expert in the problem we are dealing with. So far I've had only diagnoses and no surgery but it has all been very positive. The only drawback is that they are very busy, so it may not be possible to get an appointment soon if that is what you need.
