One of the worst companies I ever worked for. They are a true Mom n Pops show. The 3 bothers run the company. You have no chance to move up." They are the Foreman" \ estimators Don't be surprised if they try and hold your hand. They treat Their employees as if we have never done this before. Been in the trade 19 years . I'm a foreman now for a top 5 company in the state. It is all about them and not you. If you want a pay check with no goals go work for the Pigotts.
