Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.“

I brought my favorite coat to him a bunch of years ago because the original pocket linings needed replacing. The work he did that first time was perfectly done using better quality materials than the original. I just brought the same coat back to him because the cuffs are fraying. He immediately had me put it on and started measuring and marking the coat for a custom fitted repair. He explained how he would repair it and told me it would be $40 and it would be done by Wednesday (today is a Saturday). I have complete and total confidence that I will be extremely pleased with his work. If you are like me and still value old-school quality and skill then this is a tailor for you. People of his level of expertise and craftmanship are a rarity.“
