Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.“

I was unsure if it was possible to fix this, they were honest and set real expectations that it may or may not work, but were willing to help me. Dependable not only accepted the projects, but didn't ask for special release forms to absolve it of any damage. And the shawls came out beautifully. “Kim at Q Cleaners does an outstanding job tailoring clothes. I have taken my clothes to her for years, and I am always amazed at what a great job she has done for me. She has done everything from shorten pant hems and jacket sleeves to doing major modifications to a formal full length gown. She is very busy because she is so good at what she does, but she sticks to the timeframe that she gives you. That being said, don’t leave your alterations to the last minute!“
