I SO highly recommend this place. Kim is amazing—especially for anyone in a pinch!!! I live 2+ hours away from Acton, but I was driving through on my way to the Boston airport for a 4-month Europe trip. The day before flying, amidst all the travel chaos, my FAVORITE vintage suede coat ripped. I desperately called tailors on the route to Boston, searching for someone who (on no notice) would be willing and able to repair the jacket in less than 24 hours. When I finally found Kim, she happily agreed to take on the job, and even stayed late in the store waiting for me to reach Acton. Kim is wonderful! We had several family members who needed clothing altered urgently in time for a wedding (and it was right before Thanksgiving)! Despite the short notice, Kim did a superb job with the alterations, and we all looked fabulous! We are so grateful to find her, and we will use her for all our alteration work going forward!

I’ve gone here a couple times to get things tailored and Kim does an INCREDIBLE job!! Very fair pricing in my opinion also. Definitely will be coming back!!Added photos of this gown I got at a thrift store; it was way too long and the shoulders didn’t quite fit either— but Kim fixed it for me! I wore the dress to the Taylor Swift Eras tour concert and got so many compliments!!
