We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. The young lady Sheisy asked all the right questions.

Three Tremendous Maids for the next morning at 7am. They arrived all equipment and throughly cleaned out a basement that not been cleaned in 45 Year’s. They were Tremendous.“
