Pat had his crew installed a new liner with the pads for the floor and walls and a patch repair. By November the pool lost so much water that was half full. I refilled then by January it was completely empty. We texted numerous times from then to no avail. He finally answered our text in March and said uncover the pool and I'll come take a look. We haven't heard from him since and will not return calls, texts from us or Namco. Now Namco wont honor the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYService: Swimming pool equipment repair

Pat and his crew installed my new pool on Wednesday 6/15 and did a fantastic job. The pool looks great nice and level. I would highly recommend them for the job, they work together as a team and get the job done right and in 1 day. Mike G.

Pat from Superior pools was the installation pool guy assigned to install our pool. He was by far the most condescending unprofessional person I have ever met. We bought our pool from Namco and he was the person who was installing our above ground pool. He never showed up on the scheduled day and when I reached out to him he finally replied at 6 pm that he was busy. He was due to come the next day and he never showed hat day either. He never informed me that he wasn’t coming either. When he finally came to my house he was rude to my wife and down right disrespectful.
