the staff at the Putnam store go above and beyond! We have had several.issues with our pool this year and they have talked us through everything. they recommended a diver to help find a hole in our liner and he was phenomenal! I just cant say enough about their customer service and going above and beyond. they arent about how much money they can get from you..they are all about helping you enjoy the pool you have
Joe saved my season! Super nerdy knowledgeable! Unafraid of curious customers. There is also a fantastic lady who got me started for the season, stopping a leak for me, allowing me to begin opening. When my pump failed during startup, Joe Knew EXACTLY what to check!!! And why I was seeing a filament shedding from my hose. It had reached my impeller and was the cause of its overheating. Thank you so much, Joe.
I honestly have no words for my amazing experience at Heritage today! I went walking in after standing at Pools and Cues in Auburn for a half hour and no one blinked an eye at me. Within seconds a very nice girl helped me out. I have a very old cartridge pool system and I grew up with a sand filter and I know nothing about this system. All I knew walking in was I wanted a new cartridge filter system to just make my pool work again. I had no pressure and my pool was turning green, I have 3 kids who are like fishes and this was killing me. Lori spoke to me, asked me some questions and was on the internet looking things up for my ancient system and she told me she honestly could not let me buy a new system and that she was certain it was my cartridge and it needed to be rinsed. I told her we couldn’t get the filter to open and she told me about the pressure valve. I have never in my life seen anyone in retail be so honest and not try to take my money. She gave me her cell phone and told me to text her a picture of the cartridge and she would let me know what I needed. To top It off I went to check out with 2 bags of shock and Lori said to me wait have you ever used this, I don’t think you need this, it’s 9.95 we have others over there for 1/2 the price. I have to be honest, I will continue to drive out of my way and go there. I was so impressed by everything and I have never ever experienced such friendly customer service in my life!!!
