The folks at LaCroix were so helpful and they provided great communication through the whole process of having mini splits installed in our home. They are very informative with the Mass Save program and knew each step we needed to take in order to get the job done. We love our mini splits! Sean, Jamison and Skip worked hard and efficiently on the hottest day of the year so far, and now we are sitting here nice and cool.

Salon Zoel is the best! Courtney is confident and always knows exactly what I need to feel beautiful. She has always been so accommodating when I need to change times or days. Also….when needed in a pinch…other stylists there have stepped in for last minute requests (prom hair for my daughter). While I don’t pretend to know everyone personally, each interaction I have had has been very welcoming. Just overall an A+ salon!
I am a notorious haircut hater; I've left countless salons in the last 7 years either frustrated enough to give myself a hackjob touch-up at home (badly) or just flatout crying, defeated. So many times I've shown references just to have them be ignored, or have been dyed a color several shades off from what I asked for.
I went to Jeffrey Robert Salon on a whim, desperate for a haircut after over half a year spent growing out a botched bleach job from last summer. I was so anxious at the prospect of letting someone else cut my hair again - but, wow. I made the right choice going here, Shayla was just amazing. She took the reference I showed her very seriously and periodically asked me what I thought about how it was going, if I liked it, if the layers looked good. I was grinning the whole time, like yes, it's perfect, oh my God. She listened when I told her to cut certain parts a bit shorter; she made sure it framed my face, because I told her I was worried about that. She gave me recommendations for products to use and taught me the best ways to style it moving forward. I left glowing. This is the best haircut I've gotten professionally in ... ever, I think. I haven't been able to stop smiling - and crying, just a little, but this time out of joy.
I cannot say enough good things about The Hair Loft. I followed my stylist, Emily, from a salon in Spencer, MA and I have seen her absolutely FLOURISH! She is not only a joyful and kind human being, but her enthusiasm and love for her clients is second to none. I started venturing into fashion color earlier this year and she has made my vision come to vibrant life every single time!

Pat is very polite and considerate and will love to have you see for your self. I have been going there for three years now. It started from convenience , Dr. being two minutes from home. Then from there just going once a month and my mom who is in her 80 years young goes there as well. Call and make a appointment and you will be happy you did. Thank you Pat for the haircuts

People stop me to ask “who does your highlights?”. Cara brought my hair back to life with cut and color with a style that compliments my face. The salon is so clean, modern with positive energy. I’m so glad I found Cara! A couple hours in her chair I felt like the best version of myself in a long time. Plus she’s gorgeous, funny and caring which is a bonus. I love this place!
Today was my first time visiting this salon, and I had very short and damaged nails. It was an amazing experience! The lady who did my nails, Kim, is a true professional and clearly loves her job. I really enjoyed watching her work. From the way she did my nails, it was obvious that she is passionate about what she does. She kept checking with me to make sure I liked the shape and gave me plenty of time to choose the colors I love. The result was fantastic, and I felt so happy! Thank you, Kim!”
I have gone to a lot of different nail places in the area. This is by far the best and the cheapest. Not only that but—- the shape always comes out great. What I’ve learned about getting your nails done is that if you stare at them long enough, you can find something to complain about. That being said: this is by far the best, most consistent place to go!!! It’s the only place I go and if I had friends who got their nails done, I would send them here!!!!!!

The best salon in central mass, everyone at Jen’s is kind welcoming and extremely talented, Jolena is a fantastic hairstylist and gives amazing scalp massages, AJ is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to products and color services. 10/10 salon this place is fantastic

I ran all over looking for someone to cut my hair and everyone was booked and turned me away. I just happened to see this little gem and called and Debbie said if I can make it to her in 5 minutes she can take me. In the middle of her doing a color she did a quick cut. I could not love my hair enough. Debbie listened to everyhing I wanted. She was like Wonder Woman. Clip, clip, chop, chop and I was in and out. My hair came out just the way I explained to her. She now has another customer for life. I truly appreciated her taking her time and squeezing me in knowing she had a tight schedule and she was still warm and friendly and all the woman, clients and co worker were very friendly. A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.

Ive been getting my cleaning at Dr. O'COnnell office for the past year and her staff give a really great service and are extremely pleasant people. If your looking for a great dentist don't hesitate to call them up and get your 1st appointment booked.
I highly recommend anyone with persistent pains even thought to be related to your muscles to go here instead of a regular massuce. I came here to address back and leg pains that I've had for over two years due to sciatica caused by pulling something in my back while working. After only TWO sessions, my pain is pretty much gone even though there is still some work that needs to be done. Bear is confident in what he does, is super knowledgeable about his craft and in the way he works, and he'll take the proper time to make sure you understand his process; where the cause of pain is, how he plans to address it, and how you can address it at home or work. He's also super friendly and will hear out any concerns you may have before, during, and after your treatment if there are any. Go to Summit Performance Therapy, a place that did more for me than my chiropractor and any doctor I had visited, and I look forward to being healed along with you.

I went today, my first time at your place the very talented professional name was Ashley. I have to say that with her Assistance, there may have been years of dormant emotional pain and stress released from just trapped areas that I didn’t know could hold pain and stress. She found it and she got rid of it for me and for that, I’m grateful but her massage side manner Was nothing less than exactly what was necessary for that session. I don’t know if I thanked her enough, but I’m very grateful and I will definitely be patronizing your establishment again but to sound less lame I will totally totally let up my stress at your place again. I really appreciate that you guys exist and that There’s somewhere that cares enough to be this good to educate themselves and to want to just I mean, she just listened and was able to help and from moment one to the last moment was just I felt like I’ve known her forever and was very comfortable and she was very professional and knowledgeable and it was a good very needed and emotionally validating time for me coming from a person that struggles with self validation. I don’t know if you even realize the difficulty in even writing this and sending it and being able to self validate just know that the difficulty is real and that if you’re reading this, that means I actually fall through in writing it and sending it so the outcome of my experience must’ve been good thank you again. She is super nice and she made sure to focus on the areas of my body that have aches and pains from pregnancy. I had a one-hour massage here to help with some back pain, and it was definitely effective. The place is clean, professional, and a step above other spots I’ve tried in the area. For the quality of service, the price was extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.
