The check engine light came on in my Flexcar and I scheduled a call with a mechanic for the following day. I spoke with Sheri from the Auburn location and she was extremely helpful. When I went to schedule an appointment it’s was 6 weeks out but Sheri was able to squeeze me in the following day. Apparently, it was good that I brought it in because it could’ve been a major issue. Sherry and the Flexcar team were incredible throughout the entire process. Sheri was amazing!!
I would give it 5 but customer service is horrible. Cars and price very good but to call and get answers about a problem I felt like everyone i talked to has no clue what they were doing it was disappointing.
William was awesome. Explained the assessment of the car thoroughly to me and also explain to me what I can expect from flex car also shared some more information that I was unaware of which I am great to hear about the six week swap incentive. The whole process was quick, easy convenient such a great person. I don’t think it could’ve been any easier without William
