She has excellent technique and makes waxing as painless as possible. During my very first waxing she took the time to explain the process and after care, and what to expect with future waxings. Sarah is super friendly and can hold a conversation throughout the entire session. That really helps make the time go quickly and can take your mind off of any pain. I had a few waxings done at another place, but came back here. Sarah is the best and I'll keep coming back for the quality of service she delivers.“

“Decided to get a pedicure last minute and Amy was able to accommodate me within 30 minutes! This was my first time here and I was very impressed and had a wonderful experience. She was thorough, kind and made sure I was taken care of. Most pedicures I’ve had are 30-40 minutes, but with her, she spent 1.5 hours meticulous with my cuticles and callouses (my feet were in bad shape). Would definitely recommend and come back again!“

“I went in for a procedure. This is the first nail salon that I have been to in Massachusetts that didn’t use some form of razor on my feet to remove the calluses. Pumice stone only. The ladies were very nice and did a great job. I will definitely be going back!“

The stylist will take your jacket and hang it up and provide you with a hanger for your purse. My stylist was Cyndi and she did a great job with my color. I’ve used her twice and very impressed. “I visited the room for the first time recently! I moved to Marlbrough a few months ago but honestly ive been looking for a new stylist for years. Liv met me at the door and welcomed me in. We discussed what I was looking to do and she was able to bring me from bright blonde highlights back to natural brown in one process. She also gave me a great haircut with layers as my hair is very thick. Liv was sociable and warm and the salon was clean and bright. Liv doesn't work with an assistant and doesn't double book herself. Looking forward to many more visits to the room!“
