Everything about my experience was exceptional. You were accommodating to me which set a great impression for a first time customer like myself. The woman who waxed me, Tya, was very personable and engaging. I enjoyed our conversation, and the waxing she did was one of the best I've ever had. I was very pleased with the result. And last but not least, Ashley at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and was the one who set the tone when I first arrived and that was which led me down the path to having such a great experience all around! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience per usual. I have been going to Traci for my eyebrow off and on for years now. I moved into Boston and still find the care I receive worth driving back to Natick for. Cannot recommend waxing the city enough!Service: Eyebrow waxing
