I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Nayra and her outstanding service. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, dedicated, and always willing to help. She answered all of my questions with patience, provided full support, and made sure I received my medication before I traveled. She handled all the coordination with the initiation of my treatment. I decided to continue my treatment at this clinic mainly because of her. I did not receive the same level of attention and dedication from other staff members, and her service made all the difference. Nivea was also very attentive and a great nurse.
