Excellent local gym with really hard working staff. The equipment is well cared for and the facilities are nice and clean. Overall a great place for a quick workout, a stretch, lifting, etc... Jo-Ann the manager was incredibly helpful and kind while I was there. 10/10
I’ve found the staff welcoming and friendly. I never have trouble accessing the equipment I want. Everyone there appears to be focused on working out. Doesn’t give ‘social scene’ vibe. It’s well maintained and the staff is diligent about keeping things tidy.
I've been delivering towels for Boston Laundry to this gym for years sparkling cleaned very well maintained and always greeted with a smile from the ladies in charge Joanne and sweet littleJulie. Lots of smiles always accommodating They run a very tight ship this place is always kept spic and span clean and well stocked except for when I forget to deliver their towels haha.
Easy parking. There's no excuse for not getting in shape here.
