“I work at a school for autistic children in the area and I have always been truly impressed with their dedication, patience, and understanding when it comes to our students. Recently I met Dr. Nelson Matos and his nurses during a last minute visit with a student. He had such a calm demeanor and was very knowledgeable. It was a really wonderful experience and his caring nature could definitely be felt by my anxious student. His whole team was very warm and inviting and made the whole visit go much smoother. Apart from work, I’ve often taken my own child for various situations and every time the Express Care Team has been professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend.“

Nurse was great, took her time and was very attentive during triage.

I was seen by an aprn, I believe, and he was awesome. Listened, offered options, and made sure I understood his diagnosis.

Meds administered for a bacterial infection, and I'm on my way to recovering.“

“We've been to this urgent care a few times but this time was completely different. My daughter was having trouble breathing and her resting heart rate was really high. She was having a hard time walking. The nurse took us back and immediately tried getting her oxygen levels, with no luck. Dr. Kilborn came in and they immediately put her on oxygen and called for an ambulance. I was in shock. We've never had a medical emergency requiring an ambulance. The Doctors and Nurses were all so calm, even though I could tell they were really nervous because they couldn't get an O2 reading. The Tewksbury Fire Department and local paramedics responded and off we went to Lowell General. I want to thank Dr. Kilborn and the Nurses working on 6/27/24. They did a fabulous job.“
