First time using an urgent care. The facility was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff acknowledged me as soon as I came in and they were very courteous. I was seeing within five minutes. The medical assistant was lovely very pleasant.. I think it was a nurse practitioner or maybe a physicians assistant that I saw she too is very pleasant. Was able to take care of my problem very quickly and I was in and out the door within 30 minutes. It was really great experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
Everything was excellent! The facility is very clean and modern. The entire staff from front desk to med tech to PA were courteous, positive and professional. PA clinician was great and explained diagnosis and treatment recs clearly and answered all my questions.
Overall experience was great. Little wait time and friendly staff. Provider really listened to my concerns and was thorough and wasn’t rushed at all. She gave me a diagnosis and treatment and gave me clear directions regarding next steps!
