I always appreciate good education in an appointment, especially when seeing a new provider. Katrina is thorough and confident in her knowledge, so I knew I could trust her (also helps that she’s super nice!). She made sure I wasn’t leaving with any concerns and gave me clear after-care instructions. “I had a total of 6 laser hair removal treatments in 2017. I couldn't be happier with the results. The six treatments minimized regrowth significantly to the point that I only have to shave my legs every 2-3 weeks. I read somewhere that most people need at least 9 treatments in order to get rid of all hair and have no regrowth. Like I said I did 6 and love that I can go longer without having to shave. In my case what grows back is very thin hairs(not coarse like before) and it's only certain patches not the entire legs. I would like to get more done some day to make it permanent.“

“I'm physically disabled and the exam room I was in had an accessible, low chair/table I could get on easily and it was nice and spacious for me to move around with my walker. The staff are friendly. The only problem was that the exam room was a long way from the waiting room and it was very difficult for me to walk that far. They did offer me a wheelchair, but I have problems sitting, so using one is not an option for me at this stage in my life. I saw Dr. Sheila Greenlaw, M.D, who I highly recommend. She was very nice and explained things thoroughly and made sure she answered all my questions before she left. I will definitely keep her as my dermatologist!“
