“I just wanted to reach out and tell you that the 3 young men that came to Hillside Village today to my apartment were very thoughtful, considerate and kind!!!! I have 2 cats and one is always ready to dart out the door with the chance and all of young men so so mindful(even though I'm sure it made their job alittle harder) they were sure to always check that the door was closed every entry and exit and warned me that they would need to prop the door open and secure the furry flight risks!!! I know it is not a review of the actual job they do but for me their actions meant the world. My daughter would have been devastated if the cat got out and something happened!!! You should be very proud of these young men and the hard work they do to take the time out to see the world around them :) thank you from a mom under the weather and a young girl who loves her cats!!!“

“I was searching YouTube on how to purge the air from the boiler basement heating and found Steve’s videos, and he got me thinking because my boiler does not have shut off valves before, and after the circulator, and there is no drain valve on the circulator at all because it comes in through the top of the boiler, however, at the bottom of the boiler because that’s where the water comes in there is a drain valve, but watching his videos, he taught me something. I did not know turn off the boiler when purging the system, I was finally able to purge very little air from the system with Steve’s help because he gave me the knowledge and the courage and confidence to do this on my own, I do tackle many plumbing jobs throughout the house however I have called plumbers in the past because it is beyond my capability and that’s where honest hard-working individuals like Steve come in and let’s not forget Ms. Molly which are extremely honest, and the world would be a better place if we had more people like Steve, granted there are many many honest people out there, but sometimes that’s not the case.

“He was the first of 5 to return my call. He returned my call in 1 hour - only 1 other returned call. It was a small job to replace a leaking air pressure valve in my boiler line. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call. “The name of the company is Rick Olivera Plumbing but the owner's name is actually Bob who bought this business many years ago as a going concern. I found Bob to be a very straight forward guy that really knows the trade and his prices are down to earth. I purchased a foreclosed property as a rental and every piece of plumbing had to be replaced including the gas pipe line etc. He also installed an on demand hot water heater that works great and is a real space saver. Bob has a fantastic work ethic and very happy I hired him to do this job whom I would highly recommend. Please see pics below.“

“New owner, Tony came over same day I called. Toilet was not flushing after several attempts at standard solutions we were stumped. Tony came back the next day with a theory it was linked to the septic system even though all other plumbing was working fine. He was correct, impressive and it was actually an electrical/plumbing issue. Price was ok as he charged me for two hours labor and added a new wax ring as well as a water line to the toilet at no cost.“
