Everyone that we dealt with were nice, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the service every step of the way. We are very pleased and happy that we chose Rotterman for our central air installation project.
Service included replacement of an existing sump pump and the installation of an automatic shut-off for our second floor washing machine. The installation went as anticipated, however there was an unnecessary delay due to the pump that was brought was broken and the shut-off system was missing a sensor. I strongly suggest that items to be installed be checked before leaving for a job. New units had to be secured from the office delaying the installation. Not really an issue for us, but your installers would have been available sooner for the next job if the items had been checked at the outset.
