“Called Crapanzano a few times over the past 20 years and they have always taken care of us. They truly are a long time local company. We had a furnace breakdown today, the day before a snow storm and a night in the teens. They slipped us in on what I’m sure is a busy day and repaired the furnace. We have heat again!
Good communication from them helped us not to waste money trying to DIY it. Technician found the problem in minutes and had it up in running within 20 min. The needed parts were stocked in their van for a quick repair.

“Picked Capital City Mechanical and Chimney based on previous work for us. Again, we were not disappointed. At the top of our chimney Shaun secured the screen pulled to the side by critters. He inspected the chimney, cleaned the walls of the inner hearth, and installed a new gas log set. Shaun is very professional and personable. He double-checked all gas connections and monitored the area for carbon monoxide before calling the job complete. Shaun provides excellent service at a reasonable price point. I was in need of getting a water heater installed that day as the weather was going to be bad by the next day and the installation was in an outside closet. Also, I had only sponged bathed the knight before and really was in need to get hot water!!!! I need to also add, one of the componies that called back indicated an $800.00 fee. Of course being at least $400.00 over priced. However, that will be another review to wright.“
