I would recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs HVAC services. My air conditioner went out yesterday, I made a phone call to Bayou Home Performances and was told they could come out that afternoon. I was so surprised! Despite being a hot and long day, our unit was assessed and the problem quickly found. The part was ordered and replaced all within 24 hours! I was blown away by the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of this business when I needed it. They’re a local company and my go to HVAC company for all my needs in the future. Bayou posted on Nextdoor App regarding their alliance with Entergy Solutions Program. I was skeptical with anything being FREE when it comes to Entergy. My skepticism was wrong! I made the appointment with Bayou and it was within a couple of days of my appointment request. The techs showed up on time, were very professional, very informative and have created a new customer with me. This program that Bayou is doing for Entergy not only checks for leaks in duct work, but they actually SERVICE your system.
