Went in with a terrible/non professional explanation of what my washer was doing and described the sound with very little confidence. With the little information I provided, they knew exactly what was wrong, sold me the proper part which was in stock, all while being very kind and informative. Thank you!

Owners are regular folks. They are nice as they co.e and would give you the shirt off thier back if you needed it.Prices are fair, always has something I need. Very competent if you have any questions just ask. Very easy and kind folks.
