My mom and I went to my annual check up appointment. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk gave the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. She was very sweet and complimented me. My primary doctor was booked so I saw Nancy Berry. She was attentive, engaged, answered all my questions thoroughly, gave great feedback and most importantly a great listener. I had a great visit and I recommend her.
After a call from this clinic, it was revealed that the email that was sent concerning a $100 office visit was a blanket email and did not apply to all patients. It was a little misleading. Thank you for the clarification. It was certainly cause for concern.
