Patients should schedule carefully, noting that the Shreveport location performs both annual screening and diagnostic mammograms, while the Bossier location only performs annual screenings.

4/28/26 -I went in this morning for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. To say the least I was so afraid and nervous to the point of feeling like my heart was going to jump out of my chest and throwing up. From the time that I walked in, everything was smooth.

The tech that did my mammogram was very polite and very professional. I could tell that she knew what she was doing.
The tech that performed my ultra sound was just as polite and very nice. She put my nerves somewhat at ease by talking with me. I felt that she was very knowledgeable with her work. The doctor came in and was very polite and mild. He reexamined me and told me everything was fine.

Emma, you are awesome! What would've took me days to get something done pertaining to my records while being from out of town & also needing everything sent to a whole other doctor in another state, she got done asap! Everyone else kept sending me to multiple depts which never answer their phones. Thank you so much for all your help! Also, they are quick with getting you in/out & getting your results.This was my first mammogram ever & the tech was great & made everything comfortable.

The staff at this place is amazing! LaShay was so helpful, making inprocessing easy. Rahonda made the experience a breeze, as she was very pleasant and informative of the steps taken. Overall, every one I encountered that worked in the facility, was professional. I will continue to visit this facility for my medical needs.
