“4/28/26 -I went in this morning for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. To say the least I was so afraid and nervous to the point of feeling like my heart was going to jump out of my chest and throwing up. From the time that I walked in, everything was smooth.

The tech that did my mammogram was very polite and very professional. I could tell that she knew what she was doing.
The tech that performed my ultra sound was just as polite and very nice. She put my nerves somewhat at ease by talking with me. I felt that she was very knowledgeable with her work. The doctor came in and was very polite and mild. He reexamined me and told me everything was fine.

I really do appreciate everyone that I came in contact with this morning. Your personalities and professionalism helped with my anxiety today.“

“Every doctor, nurse, aid, and housekeeping staff member that came into my room were absolutely wonderful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The hospitality department gets a zero. They are horrible. I understand that I was on a restricted diet but every meal was the same. Vegetable broth and orange jello. My last day there I had to ask for a breakfast tray. I was discharged around 2:15 and still had not received a lunch tray. They really need to look into this.“

Gary Mazzanti at Shreveport Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center.
I am a health care professional who suffered from an open wound for a year despite seeing several physicians and undergoing multiple rounds of antibiotics which did nothing to help..
Then I went to see Dr. Mazzanti, who practices medicine the way it should be done in this day when the average doctor visit takes 7 minutes.
He took plenty of time to listen and then diagnose and treat my specific problem. His care has been gentle , compassionate, and successful. His staff or Misty, Kat, and Susan will make you feel like part of a family.
I can't recommend him and his staff highly enough.

“I had an overnight seizure study for several days. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, well informed, and SO nice. From the janitors to doctors, nurses, and the people who took my food orders- they were so kind and helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve been epileptic for 14 years, and this is by far the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much for your hard work, dedication, and kindness.
