From walking in to leaving, this salon left such a great impression. The staff was very welcoming. The bar with assorted drinks was a nice plus. As well as, the communication and the way things operated were very clear and concise. The service was amazing with high attention to detail. I really appreciate the staff and their commitment towards this business and their clients' care. Thank you Luna's Nail Bar and cannot wait for my next visit!
they do wonderful nails but i just wish they communicated better i got the 33$ ped and they ask if i wanted gel i said yea i feel like they should say 20$ add for gel instead of just asking if i want gel i get gel everytime i go to nail shop but they always say ok 10$ extra or whatever whatever but i was loss when the price was like 53$ i thought they added the complementary drinks on my receipt or a service charge but nails are always wonderful just need to up communication so ppl kno instead if just being like your total is 40$ say your nails was 40$ and 20$ extra for gel then say the total instead of just saying the total cause not everyone go to the nail shop on...read full review
