“I've been to a couple of the Wednesday "Yoga for Everyone!" classes hosted by MBC founder Donisha Dunn, MD. It's so lovely to have this space and these yoga classes available in Algiers Point! I recently attended a wonderful yoga retreat co-hosted by Donisha. The Mind Body Collective frequently hosts lots of great community events, and I'm hoping to take advantage of some of their other offerings like massage and TaiChi classes soon!“

I booked an hour massage with Cezanne and I will 1000000% be back. Every person that I interacted with the spa was professional and friendly. What really sets them apart, to me, was the Cezanne also stretched me out in areas that are super tight. She also stretched my back and I felt it crack in the best way possible. I would give them more stars if I could. Definitely a great experience.“
“Hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. Everything was personalized for my birthday crew and I. From the chauterrie board to the mimosas. I didn't even have to worry about taking pictures because Donica took care of us. There was no complaints from my girls and I as every single person felt pampered when we left. Fred did 3 of our massages and we all felt amazing when he was done. Now my girl Lauren had me glowing when I left.We are planning our next birthday spa party in 2 months and we are coming back. “I had the greatest experience with Jake! I have built up a lot of miscellaneous injuries from years of improper training form/recuperation, and he took the time to really understand those areas. I chose a 90-minute, it was a very focused massage, though still full body, where he honed in on my issues and really worked through them. He's also fun to talk to!I left immediately feeling better, and could fully turn my head to check oncoming traffic on the drive home (haven't been able to do that in YEARS).What impressed me most, after some heavy workouts post-massage, is that my movements feel much more liberated, and I haven't had to make the modifications to shoulder/back exercises that I usually need to.
