I had told myself for years that I needed to get a real massage to help fix years of bodily abuse between contact sports, lifting, etc. I finally shopped around and settled on NOLA Massage and haven’t looked back. I like its personal feel and it’s obvious the masseuses are truly passionate about what they do.

I enjoyed my 90 minute massage which included aromatherapy, + Graston technique. I am a massage therapist myself, so my experience with NOLA massage felt as if I was giving myself a massage. I left with no tension or pain in my body. Thank you to Amy and her team for all you do.Denise Leslie

NOLA Massage E-4305. My name is Amy Nicole Stewart LA3118. I have been practicing massage professionally for about 20 years. My specialties are deep tissue, integrative Thai Yoga, continuously deepening my studies of Orthopedic, sports therapy, and myofascial. I love giving prenatal massage and enjoy traditional Thai Massage and Reflexology. Our practice is growing and we love our new location on Magazine Street. Same day appointments are sometimes available, but it’s usually best to book at least a week in advance. We focus on massage as self-care and stress reduction and emphasize the importance of regular massage in conjunction with exercise and nutrition for a healthy and balanced life.
