Hotel has positives and negatives… Positives: Location! Situated between Bourbon Street and Royal Street in the French Quarter. Right in the heart of everything! Comfort: Rooms are spacious; beds are comfortable; balconies are quaint and lovely. Courtyard: Really nice courtyard with patio seating, lounge chairs and pool. Negatives: No mini fridge in the room. Pool is NOT HEATED as stated on the website. ***This was a HUGE disappointment, as the “heated” pool is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel for a late October visit. Front desk staff: Female front desk person was friendly and helpful and fun. Male front desk person was not friendly at all, and seemed bothered by any questions. Sat watching videos/shows on his phone all the time. Bottom line - Location and comfort makes this hotel a good choice.
I enjoyed my stay here so much! Piere was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All of the staff were awesome. The location is perfection! Can’t wait to come back!
