About The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection
The Saint Hotel provides exceptional customer service, featuring a dedicated concierge team and prompt engineering support. Its prime location in the French Quarter allows easy access to Bourbon Street and nearby attractions, including a variety of restaurants and bars. The lobby has its own unique personality, complete with a billiard table and a fun heavenly theme. Guest rooms are clean and well-appointed, with some offering views of Canal Street, although some guests noted issues like low water pressure in the shower and views of hotel walls. The hotel's bar is lively, though some found it understocked and overpriced. The friendly staff ensures a welcoming and hassle-free stay, contributing to an overall positive experience despite some concerns about room amenities and billing issues.
The location is great, the staff were nice and helpful. They kindly upgraded our room to a city view ….HOWEVER, the room was very tired- the chairs in the room were peeling, the carpets were visibly stained and looked dirty, the bed was lumpy and not very comfortable, and the halls smelled strongly of a chemically fragrance. This did not feel like a 4 star autograph collection hotel- they definitely need a refresh. We moved over to the JW Marriott later in the week for a conference(also 4 stars) and the difference was dramatic. I’m only writing this review bc I feel like if you are going to pay 4-star prices… go somewhere else.
The location is incredibly convenient and makes it easy to experience the French Quarter without needing to drive everywhere. Bourbon Street is literally around the corner, and there are restaurants just steps away. The trolley is also within a comfortable walking distance, which made getting around even easier.
The hotel itself has a great old-school, historic feel that I really appreciated. The rooms feature beautiful brick walls and historic character while still offering plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The decor really complemented the New Orleans atmosphere.

Well located boutique hotel on Canal Street, but our stay needs some context beyond the beautiful photos on the first glance.
My Bonvoy Gold Elite status wasn't recognized at check-in and we were told no rooms were available for an upgrade. About 30 minutes after settling into our room on the 3rd floor, another couple used their key to walk right into our room-turns out it had been double-assigned; my actual reservation was for a room on the 8th floor. The other guest happened to share my last name, so this looks like a name-matching mix-up rather than a random error, which is a little concerning from a security standpoint (especially after the front desk checked...read full review
