This place was really nice. We stayed in the St Christopher suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Right in downtown and just a block or 2 from Bourbon Street. The staff was excellent. Tony, Dante, Chloe and Jaz at the front desk totally took care of us. Wouldn't hesitate at all booking here again
We checked in the evening of 6/12 and the woman in the front desk greeted us with a cold shoulder. Not even a “Hello”. So that was a rough start. The lobby decorations are unique and fun for pictures. The amenities were clean for the most part. Windows would benefit from a wipe. The room was average, but did not look as advertised in the pictures. The curtains in the room don’t close all the way (so bring a sleep mask if light bothers you in the morning). The location is 15-20min walk from French Quarter main attractions.
LOLOLOL booked this room for my cousin who was flying from Philly not knowing this is mainly a “couples” hotel. We were so stunned once we realized, the hotel was very well kept, staff at the front desk was nice. It’s literally on the strip which is great for any tourist. Overall I would honestly stay here again- but with my partner lol
