TC the concierge is probably the best concierge I have ever worked with at a Marriott. He made the visit shine.We had an issue with our remote during NFC Championship game and engineering had it fixed in 5 mins.Great service.Convenient location to French Quarter.
After a harrowing experience at the hotel I originally booked that left me hotel-less in the middle of the night, I arrived at the Saint before 5am soaking wet. Marty was able to guide me through the process of booking a room and facilitated an early check in just a couple of hours later. I am so grateful to Marty for providing exceptional customer service. Going forward, I will only be booking Marriott Bonvoy hotels as they know how to treat guests. My room at the Saint is beautiful, clean, and has a great view of Canal Street too.
