About The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans
The Ritz-Carlton offers a distinctive experience for its guests. The hotel's older section may lack a doorman, bellman, and well-maintained elevators, with grumpy staff and small, dark rooms. However, upgrading to higher-end sections, such as the Club Level, provides spacious rooms with views, 24-hour buffet, and snacks. The hotel boasts a perfect location near Canal Street, which borders the French Quarter known for its nightlife, balconies, and live music. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool and the hotel's festive holiday decorations. The staff, especially at the Club Level, are attentive, warm, and professional, making guests feel welcomed. The food offerings, including the famous benets with dark chocolate, vanilla, and caramel sauces, are highly praised, and the service at the bar is excellent. The rooms are clean and roomy with very comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The gym facilities are impressive, with ample space and a variety of equipment. While some areas in the main lobby need upkeep, the overall experience, especially the exceptional service and amenities, makes the Ritz-Carlton a highly recommended place to stay despite the expense.
Only a block away from Bourbon St., a stroll away from Caesar’s and situated perfectly in the middle of all the action- The Ritz! Well-appointed rooms, secure entrances, world-class customer service and great courtyard views. Stay here!
we stayed here for the era's tour and the staff made the entire experience truly unforgettable. they had customized friendship bracelets for us to wear to the concert and the entire evening leading up to the show was amazing!!
Never stayed at a Ritz-Carlton before but it is nice. Rooms are spacious and slept like a baby in that bad. Had some spa service while husband had his meetings and staff was amazing. Door man for the morning gave a great tip of a good coffee place down the street.
