I would give John’s Contractor Service 10 stars if I could. My mother’s homeowners insurance company was threatening cancellation if certain repairs weren’t made. I had a very short window to get the repairs done. With less than a week before cancellation, John’s company inspected my mother’s residence, provided a written estimate for repairs and performed the services as stipulated in the contract. The work performed exceeded my expectations and the insurance company did not cancel my mother’s homeowners insurance. John was extremely professional and his employees were courteous and on time.
