The finished work looks great and has made the house feel much more updated. I was looking for improvements that would make the space easier to live with rather than simply changing the appearance, and the finished result does both. The layout feels more practical, the storage is easier to use, and the new finishes give everything a cleaner appearance. I also like how well the updated areas blend with the parts of the house that weren't changed. The overall result feels natural and cohesive. I'm very pleased with the finished project and the difference it made to the home.
