Dr. Edmond and vet tech Nikkie came to my house and was so caring to my family and of course Luna. “What a WONDERFUL experience I had with my baby. That was even with a setback. I had my dog spaded at this facility by Dr. Jack Ferro. The staff was so very nice in every way possible. But the doctor was superb as well. Very professional and extreme bedside manner. My poor dog developed an infection and Dr. Jack was just amazing. I was so very upset when she developed an infection. But Dr. Jack stood there after hours to help me get her on the right track. Dr. Jack showed me his true professionalism and caring for my animal. I can’t thank Dr. Jack enough I just love him! He got my baby back up and running. I would HIGHLY ,HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jack. Recently I had two of my (indoor only) cats get sick and he had them feeling and looking better in just a day or two. My dog also needed surgery and he did an amazing job with that.
