But the moment that will stay with me forever happened during one of the hardest days a pet owner can face. When it was time to say goodbye to my beloved dog, Whisky, Dr. Batt did something I will never forget. Instead of rushing the process or keeping us inside a clinic room, he gently took Whisky outside and sat with him on the levee so he could watch his final sunset. He sat there with him, giving him peace, dignity, and love in his last moments before helping him pass.
That level of compassion is something you can’t teach — it comes from the heart. Dr. Batt didn’t just care for my dog medically; he cared about his experience, his comfort, and our heartbreak as owners.

I brought my English bulldog to Dr Brandon Batt to diagnose an airway issue, and found him to be knowledgeable, caring, patient, and I appreciated that he seemed present in the moment and didn't rush off to another room. Absolutely the best Vet I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot! Great with animals and their caretakers! Office was clean and professional. I did wait a little bit but when he came in to access my fur baby I could see why there was a wait. He’s very personable, answers all your questions and I didn’t feel rushed! Not only was he extremely professional but he was 1/3 the cost of the five vets before him!!!! That’s says a lot about him as a person! Especially with the cost of living today! Thank you Dr. Batt!
