Dr. Rich is an absolute gem! Very grateful to him for squeezing us in for an emergency visit for our baby chinchilla. The staff was also very friendly and prompt with answering phones. Dr Rich and his staff are exceptional, kind, very skilled and knowledgeable with exotics, the drive is an hour, but totally worth it for the level of skilled care for our rabbit who presented with head tilt, with various complications.
