No matter what location I go to the staff and the vets are always so nice. My lab gets very stressed or dramatic when it comes to the vet visit. Dr. Allison takes her time with her at ever visit to make it less stressful.

Dr Haydel is warm, kind and efficient. I appreciate the professional and sweet tech team. The front desk staff are thoughtful and considerate, too. I have a dog that is not comfortable around unfamiliars. They automatically schedule us for times when the clinic is likely to be low traffic. We stay in the car until they call us when they’re ready to see us. Such lovely people!

Dr.Haydel and staff are courteous and welcoming. Dr.Haydel is thorough and he listens to all my concerns. All treatments and procedures are explained in detail. I never feel rushed at MSAH and my appointments are always seen on time. Quality care and service.
