Especially because we can just walk in and give blood when my daughter isn't feeling well.. especially when we're in a rush to find out if my daughters blood counts .. She especially loves it because it doesn't take long while she's feeling bad on chemo ... Better than going up the hospital and waiting in the emergency room for 8 hrs,to basically find out the same thing in less time ..When they get the results which doesn't take long, all they have to do is call us to let us know if she needs platelets, blood, or if it's an infection going on.. “LSU doctors are great. The staff...mixed bag. In the past, I've had to wait to check in since the front office staff always has to gossip with her coworkers. But the Asian front office staff is nice and will address you immediately. There is a Quest lab inside the clinic. I like the lab tech on the 5th floor the best: she's nice and professional and has good technique. But the computers at the lab station inside the clinic are so bad that it takes forever. Free wifi! Clinic manager is Ms. Ashley DeJean. There will be times when you may have to phone and ask to speak to her.“

“Front desk staff are very kind and patient, providers here take their time to listen to my concerns and order me testing that I need without being shut down ! The waiting area is spacious as well and the lady who does labs there is really good at her job! Here you can get your concerns listened to, lab orders when asked, and lab work done all in the same appointment! Wait time is 10-30 min depending on how many patients are being seen!“
