Very clean and friendly staff. The process of changing physicians with my insurance was awesome. My new card will be mailed off and I Lionel forward to being a patient there. It seems to be a pretty close knit clinic and I like the community room

Oak Street Health is very good they follow up on their patients, they listen to our concerns about our health they are very professional and courteous and we are not in their office for five minutes and done they cover everything. I appreciate NP Constance Bonnet she really listens to me and has helped me with a lot of my medical referrals and has helped me get back on track of taking care of myself.
This is a nice facility I was and am very pleased every time I visit. Everyone is very polite, kind and very helpful, with excellent bedside manners, always going out of their way to do whatever they can to help.
