Friendly and helpful front desk, I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice. Today was my first appointment with PCP Dr. Randy Rossignal. He was super kind, listened and took the time to get to know my past medical history, and very knowledgeable.

I went in to get a flu vaccine and this was the fastest urgent care visit I have ever had. I started off trying to do a walk in visit at Walgreens but they were on an extended lunch break. Since this urgent care was next door. I decided to stop by to see if I could get my vaccination there. To my surprise I was not only able to get my flu vaccine, but I was also in and out under an hour’s time.

Nurse Supervisor Whitney made my nephew’s pediatric appointment smooth and comforting. Her professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout the visit. She explained the process in a way my nephew could understand and even made him smile. Her attention to detail, kindness, and efficiency stood out.
