The Behrman lab location is awesome. There’s hardly a wait time, the staff is exceptionally nice and the phlebotomist is very professional and friendly. She welcomes you and sends you off with a smile. If I could change anything, it would be their pay by giving them a raise. The location is well kept, the parking lot is clean and convenient parking is available. It is very welcoming. That location deserves an A-100!
My appointment was so quick. I felt like I was thoroughly listened to and assisted. Everyone in this facility was extremely kind. I was able to get my labs completed directly after my appointment. This was such a refreshing experience for a doctor’s appointment.
Can anyone actually enjoy having their blood taken? Well if I tell you that the best Phlebotomist is located at this Ochsner location. I'll eat my shoes if she isn't. Recently I developed a condition that required me to have my blood drawn every 3 weeks over a period of 6 months and a few more in between. I tell you it never hurt, this woman knows her stuff. Stick it to me anytime, Ill hold out my arm for you any day of the week.
