About a week ago, Joseph came to fix a dramatic spatial disparency in air flow distribution from the cooling unit installed a week earlier by Tim's Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. The flow from the attic plenum was greatly inhibited to the front 2/3 of my house resulting in ineffective cooling of the front. Joseph checked the system and took his time before starting to explain what he was going to do; basically adjust the baffles to increase flow distribution to the front while maintaining adequate flow to the rear.
