The owner of my company recently had his computer crash. Geek Squad and the usual suspects had no idea of what to do besides charge him to do diagnostics. However, I sent him to Tim's and they were able to recover all of his data, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price! If you want your computer serviced at a fair price, and with a clear explanation of what the problem is and how they plan to resolve it, this is the place for you!

Love this shop! My computer was honestly beyond repair, but Tim and his guys made it work. I had to bring it back within my 30 day warranty and they took their time to fix it free of charge!! And replaced my battery within a day. Will be back with any other computer problems.

Amazing people. Love them. The most reliable store in the area. I don’t trust anyone else to give me as fair a price as Tim’s. And they take care of their customers. They put a 30 day warranty on a use charger I bought. I couldn’t find a more reliable place than this one.
